Engagement Proposal:
Perceptions Entertainment based in New York has united acclaimed Disney's Grammy Award winning, South African Hollywood film and Broadway composer Lebo M, Disney's The Lion King and hit make Pop/R&B record producer Swizz Beatz having sold over 240 million records worldwide on a new record label artist venture.

Our production company is currently working alongside our major record label partners at Def Jam Recordings, home of Pop sensation Rhianna on the promotional national release of our new signed Latina Pop/R&B mainstream recording artist Irazema.

We are currently interested in building additional capital funding for our award winning production company and national promotional radio campaign with Def Jam Recordings. Through our combined networks of creative services and existing partnerships we will unite with one another to launch our recording artist and special music projects worldwide.

Capital Projections Going Forward

Perceptions Entertainment has already invested $200,000 in capital funding and acquired our award winning production and creative teams for the completion of production stages 1 and 2. By partnering with us into stage 3 we have developed current financial projections requesting additional capital funding during Q1, Q2 and Q3 2010 to independently launch Irazema nationally through radio, live performances i.e. World Cup and opening for celebrity artists music tours, T.V. appearances and for additional production services by Swizz Beatz.


Swizz Beatz has recently executive produced and can be featured on our upcoming new song Te Quiero featuring our Latina R&B/Pop dance artist Irazema that will be released to commercial radio stations across the country.


Swizz Beatz Biography:
Swizz is one of the top 3 multi million dollar producers in the record industry selling over 240 million records world wide and partner of world wide top selling recording artist Alicia Keys. He recently produced and released the hit singles Million Dollar Baby for Whitney Houston, Transformer for Chris Brown, Alicia Key's and Beyonce new hit single Put It In A Love Song along with overseeing Alicia Key's new album, Jamie Fox next major single due out soon and in negotiation for Britney Spears album for 2010.

Lebo M Biography:
Acclaimed Grammy Award winning South African composer of Disney's The Lion King world wide musical stage and film scores. Currently the executive producer of the opening and closing musical performances of the World Cup in South Africa. He has recently landed a 2million dollar sponsorship deal with Coka-Cola for future projects.
