Description:
We are an information technology company providing services for all of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Our service saves these insurance companies up to 12% on property & casualty claims reaching billions of dollars annually.
Our Insurance Companies (USAA, Travelers, HartFord, State Farm, Safeco, AllState, Liberty Mutual to name a few) are currently contracted for our service. We charge $1 for every insured property we monitor and there are over 87M properties insured by our clients.
USAA just gave us 5M properties as of yesterday and we have over 20 additional contracts with the nations major insurance companies to implement right away.
I am looking for 1.2M for 6 months. This can be a loan or equity participation. We have 6M cash invested and 0 dept.
Our managment team expect to take this to an IPO in the next 18 months. Our Board Members also sit on the boards
