Looking for funding to market new project

Description:
I have invented many projects, but there is one that I would love to get off the ground. It is not my baby project, but one of the early ones. The project is a new design for the diplomas. I have a prototype of my project and I have forward it to be copyrighted. I would love to have it patent, but to get it patent, I would need to have enough money to start and complete the patent steps. I have been selected to be in many of the "Who's Who" publications for my ambitions of presenting my projects and if the projects are completed, they stated I could be one of the emerging leaders in America. Please help me get the fundings to move one of my projects. I am willing to give 20% of my copyright/patent to anyone who wants to invest. Thanks for taking the time in considering my funding request.
