Description:
Technology Business: I require financing for an cash positive, prepaid business plan. The timeline is short & hence, posting to put a solid business together without spending time on the road finding investors. I am looking for investors to raise $150k in just over a month (yes, rabbits out of hats or hopefully not).
The business case is very strong in terms of payback, cash projections and time. Risk is being able to meet the time lines and potential other bids. Hence, need future investors (after the deadline) for potential bidding. If an auction does not occur, it will be a solid investment with reoccurring revenues and positive cash flow within the first year of operations.
Worst case: Auction occurs and not enough funds are on hand and having to exit with 70% of funds returned within several months.
