Description:
AD Films are under no illusion; to overcome financial restraints we need to jump one hurdle after another to get our film project/ideas onto the silver screen. Our proposal is to raise two main funding plans for the next three to five years. AD Films are looking for enthusiastic investors or individuals by offering the opportunity to participate as shareholders. The significant funds raised will be used for the development of film and television project/ideas. The other, to invest in actual film production which will off set other funding sources in order to initiate pre and film production. Investors or individuals as shareholders receive a relative share of the proceeds with the possibility to invest in future projects.

AD Films are confident; it is realistic and absolutely achievable of success in the film industry.AD Films proposal as stated is to raise funds from investors or individuals through the shareholder option: 50% to shareholders and 50% to AD Films. The first part (Plan A): the fund will be used to help the development of several film and television ideas/projects in next three to five years. The second part (Plan B): the next feature is on our agenda is currently in the advance stages of development. AD Films really want this biopic story to be our calling card. Called ‘If I should Die’ – the life of Rupert Brooke, one of the great war poets of the early 20th century, which means funds are needed to be produced the feature with high production values, including filming it on updated technology. This feature hopefully will make people in the industry sit up and take notice. Here the development fund raised will be engaging a casting agent, entertainment lawyer and a well known director. Coppola productions will assist AD Films, has agreed to raise 50% of the production budget. By using Coppola this gives AD Films credibility and assist us in reducing the upfront costs dramatically. Molifilms, a subsidiary company of Molinare are prepared to take on the film venture and make it part of their slate of films. Furthermore they will organise the post production. At this point, investors or individuals have the option to invest with Molifilms slate of films in order to minimise the risk of their investment. In return, Molifilms may off set part funding of our film production. High Point Media, a domestic and internationally distribution company have expressed their interest too. Funds raised (Plan B) will be spent specifically on the production and post production.

In an attempt to raise funds AD Films are offering the investors or individuals as shareholders the following incentives:

Credit on the film as an executive producer
Premiere Tickets to the screening
Invitation on film/television production set
Regular production updates
Regular statement/breakdowns on spending

Investors and individual should note as shareholders, this is a high risk investment and suitable for someone who has excess money. AD Films Ltd., do not guarantee your investment.
