Description:
We are looking for capital to finish off our entitlement process of a 261 unit residential mixed used project with 70,000 sq ft of commercial. Our property is an in-fill project next to single family homes and commercial properties. The county has had a 15 year moratorium in place and we are the first ones out the gate. Our LLC has invested 5 million + and we are approximately $500,000 short of getting our tentative map. This property was originally awarded a tentative map in 1991. We also have the infrastructure loan commitment in place. We would consider an experienced builder/developer to join us and build the project out or we’d be willing to sell after entitlements. The county is excited about our project and calls it the mixed used project for years to come.
