We are a custom residential home builder that specializes in modular construction. We own a building facility, tools, experience and designs. We are interested in creating high performance homes with energy efficiency in mind, along with alternative energy sources.
Our buildings are constructed in our Cleveland facility and then marketed to home buyers shopping online. Our buildngs can be assembled anywhere in the US.
Seeking project investors starting at a minimum of $50k. The money will be used to fund the building of a single family home. The design and construction phase takes approximately 90 days, and we project to sell the home within 9 months.
We are offering a 20% return on investment per project.
