Description:
I just started a small real estate investment company. I will be purchasing multifamily residential apartment buildings of 24 units or more. These properties will be currently producing positive monthly cash flow and have at least an 85% occupancy rate. Multifamily investing is a very lucrative business and the best time to purchase these types of buildings is right now when the economy is depressed. Many property owners are looking to get out of their properties either to retire or to move on to another bigger and better building. I've already started my direct mail marketing campaign targeting specific size buildings within a certain price range and have had a great response. The demand is there, I just need some start-up capital for basic start-up costs (legal and accounting fees, office equipment and supplies, payroll, etc.). I am looking for $50,000 and will repay the loan over 5 years at an interest rate of 12% giving you a 25% ROI! I have a complete business plan that I would be happy to send you upon request. There is a huge potential to make a lot more money on future investments and I would love to form some long-term relationships with people interested in having their money work for them! I look forward to speaking with you soon!
