Description:
I have a Real Estate project into which I already put money in. The location is Miami Florida. I only need $1.2million to close. If your lender/investor insist on more than $5 million, I can still use the balance for acquisition of similar luxurious apartments. Please can contact so we can do preliminary eval informally. I just need to know if they can help or not.

Another infant projects:

I don't own mines but I finance shipments to the US of gold dusts. I need $6 million (or 10% of that to raise Balance); let me know if there is that possibility. I do have mine owners that can benefit as long as location does not matter to lenders/investors.
