Real Estate Company purchasing distressed properties for 50 cents or less on the dollar. We purchase, renovate & sell properties in MD & NY to homeowners and investors below market value. We are seeking partners for investment with two options:
1. INVESTMENTS FOR 1ST LIEN POSITION.
This constitutes acquisition & renovation capital. We offer 10% & 3pts plus 25% of the net profit. Min. Investment of $150,000.
2. INVESTMENTS FOR 2ND LIEN POSITION
This is used for down payment & closing cost. We offer 15% & 3pts plus 10% of the net profit. Min investment of $30,000.
