Description:
-This 198 bed Post Acute Care Hospital is "shovel ready" for this month, February and next, March 2012. We seek funding in the amount of $10M for stage one and $50M for stage two; the latter amount may be larger. There are plans for an additional 60 bed unit.
-All State and municipal requirements have been met. All four Certificates of Need have been approved and received by our project. Hospital will serve over 18 regional surgical hospitals and all this with no competition.
-Fees and other costs to be deducted directly at closing; no up-front fees. Very interesting return on investment, defined exit strategy, and equity participation is available to the investor or investor group.
-Senior development management has excellent experience history in finance, hospital development, and hospital management.
