I have a fully developed concept and menu for a very healthy fast food establishment. The food is completely vegetarian, but tastes just like the real thing. The hamburgers taste like real hamburgers, the hot dogs taste just like real ones etc., but these have no cholesterol and very low fat. We can go for the healthy/weight loss crowd, the vegetarians (10% of the population and growing very quickly) but the main focus of marketing will be to the "soccer moms" who want to give their children a healthy meal that they are excited to eat. The menu also includes deli sandwiches, pastas, specialties and ethnic favorites. It is a very simple operation that can plug into any strip mall space and has very low equipment needs, much like a subway.
I need 200k. This includes operating capital. This will be set up as a franchise from the beginning.
