Description:
This is one of the most extensive island found in West Africa, Ghana. It is surrounded by the River Volta and just some few meters away from the Estuary. This makes it an elegant place for tourism, sports and hospitality purposes.
The island for my marketing point of view, is suitable and strategic for a huge hotel (4 or 5 stars) since there is only two 5 star resorts in Ghana (Labadi Beach Hotel and La Palm Royal Beach Hotel).
The island is so vast that bird watching area, picnic grounds, water and beach sports, international conferences, Celebrities and Head of States can be hosted there.
Other innovative ideas can also be carried out there.
I deem it an opportunity for anyone who will like to invest in a peaceful country in Africa, West Africa to cease this opportunity.

HINT: The area is a few kilometers from a potential Crude oil Zone.
