Description:
After researching and developing this concept over the last three years, I am now looking for investors for a new bar in Columbia, SC. I first learned of this type of establishment after visiting one in Germany several years ago, and have not been able to find one in the States. This concept is one that will easily and quickly become successful here, especially in a college town such as Columbia.

I am looking to purchase an established bar in the city's Five Points or Vista districts. These are the areas with the highest traffic of college students and will provide the highest possible revenues. I have already found several available for purchase, and am now waiting for financing so that I know which is the best option with the money available.
