I am a 15 year veteran in the restaurant & hospitality industry as manager, bartender, & server. I have learned much along the way and have a keen eye & understanding for what brings success in the restaurant business. I am also a Business Development Executive in the International Freight industry, a business in which I have over 13 years experience. I am an athlete, a family man, and an easy-going, level-headed man. I do not smoke and I only enjoy a beer or glass of wine socially occasionally.

The opportunity at hand is to open a BYOB Spanish Tapas restaurant in Collingswood, NJ (a dry town). **The property would not be purchased, it would be a rental*** This town has seen tremendous growth in the past 5 years or so, especially on Haddon Ave. which is the main street through the town (see attached pictures). On this street, there are several different restaurant concepts currently in operation and there is an available location right in the middle of it all--and it will NOT be available much longer. Most of these restaurant concepts have opened in the past 4-5 years, the area is becoming quite the successsful upper-middle to high-end dining areas in South Jersey. The rent is VERY low, which is very surprising for this location. There aren't ANY Spanish Tapas restaurants in Collingswood or in the South Jersey area, rather only across the Delaware River in Philadelphia. I believe my knowledge and expertise in the restaurant business as well as for my impeccable customer service skills and ability to manage staff make me a prime candidate for funding because I truly believe I can make this a successful venture.
