We are a team of people who have been involved in the information technology industry for over a decade. We have developed a revolutionary new device which will totally change the way that people see security. A device that integrates the physical and virtual sides of security and one which enables stakeholders to truly manage all aspects of their day-to-day lives. We are seeking 5 million USD in initial seed capital to put manufacturing in place and start the product development cycle in earnest. In return for this we are prepared to offer 25% of the company as well as the exclusive rights to market this product in a pre-determined territory of your choosing. While we are open to multiple investors coming on board we would prefer it if these funds could be raised from a single source to keep things simple.

The return on your investment will be tremendous, we anticipate a six month cycle to have the product ready for the market at which point you will witness the emergence of a global brand with a highly saleable product.
