Description:
12+ years old software firm with last 4 years profitable seeks Rs 2 Crores in equity funding. Revenues Rs 4.8 Crores EAT Rs 45 Lakhs. Seeking a valuation of Rs 5-6 Crores.

Established business lines, growing client-base, very seasoned management. Mix of very large and SME clients.

Admittedly a high risk investment as the company is currently cashflow strapped and CIBIL records are not great.

But also very high potential upside (valuation could go up 8-10 times in 4 years).

Preference for investors who could close out the transaction fast as we expect business worth Rs 6-8 Crores to close over the next 3 months and need to scale-up. Sorry time of essence for us.
