We are entering the composites industry which is still in the early stages of significant growth. With the demands for lighter and stronger components combined with regulatory pressures and government mandates, it is imperative for the aircraft, automotive, and wind energy industries to introduce an increasing amount of composites into their design efforts.
A new generation of composites-intensive aircraft designs promises to dramatically accelerate the growth of a market currently valued at more than $7 billion and will grow to $14 billion by 2016 (Column From: High-Performance Composites January 2007, Kevin Michaels)

The automotive industry is a smaller player but According to Lucintel, the global composite CNG tank market for automotive industry is forecast to reach $368.8 million by 2015.

Wind generation industry is expected to have the greatest growth potential of 15% over the next 6 years. The wind generation industry annual consumption of carbon fiber components alone for the year 2005 was approximately $336 million dollars.

We are soliciting investors for a capital investment of at least $1 million dollars. The money will be used to secure equipment, establish an infrastructure, hire qualified employees, and purchase our initial inventory. While we will generate sales of $900,000 the first year, the $1 million investment will carry the company for the first year. We can begin paying back the investment and also turn a profit by year two. We will be a $34 million dollar company by year five at which time we would like to sell the company and make us all a profit.

We are seeking $250K initial investment and $250K every 3 months for the first year. Our plan is also set up to have you on the payroll as an officer receiving a salary as a partner. The business owners have over 30 years of aerospace manufacturing experience with industry contacts who are ready to help our business succeed.
