Proposal: To acquire a running pharmaceutical formulations manufacturing unit in maharashtra.
Capital Required : Up to 6 crores including working capital
Current Job: Currently working as product manager. Have more than 5 years of experience as medical professional in both multispecialtily hospitals as well as private practice. We are a team of 4 persons all medically qualified doctors with having degree in Management as well and working with various pharmaceutical companies in product management.
We want to take over a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit in maharashtra whose approximate valuation is around 3.6 crores. The deal can be negotiated upto 2.6 crores. The unite is in running condition and has well established customer base.
The unit is having modern manufacturing facilities and very well eqipped laboratory. The unit have following installed annual manufacturing and packing capacity( for one shift )
Tablets : 36.0 Cr.
Capsule : 12.0 Cr.
Liquid : 1.0Cr. (Bottles)
The pharmaceutical industry has good scope as per capatil consumption of drugs particulary in rural areas is very low either due to insuffient distrubition of drugs or high drug price not suitting the pockets of consumers. Over all drugs and pharmaceutical industry has shown steady growth. So many avenues are open for new entrepreneurs especially those who are technically sound and experienced.
We as a team can invest maximum upto 8-10 laks INR only, but the opportinity is good to enter in the pharma manufacturing business, and at the moment assure to give the best results.
