Description:
Currently looking for 2 - 4 Investors to assist with business acquisition. Business has been in operation for 8 years. Solid EBITDA, current owners do not have manufacturing background, and there is no sales or marketing effort in place. I will be putting my personal assets up to fund 2.7M at 3% for 20 years. I need to raise about $1M cash for down payment. has sufficient working capital, and solid asset base. EBITDA will support quick return on investment even in year 1. Seven year exit strategy worth possible $3.5M to each $250K investor that joins. I have extensive background in Manufacturing, Technology, Operations, and Accounting. I will provide leadership which this company is lacking to grow it to the $30 - 50M+ company it should be.
There are several other people interested in buying this company, so the longer we wait, the less chance we have.
The owners really do not want to sell it to a larger company, as they want the jobs to stay in that area.
