Description:
18 year old sports photo wire service is seeking growth capital of 100K or 1/3 equity partner at 150K. This will enable the company to reconfigure, be marketed to the glut of new clients, add additional functionality and storage to its current database of 1 million professional and collegiate sports images from around the world. Ownership is willing to accept the monies as a financial investment with repayment terms, or provide a 1/3 equity share to the investor. We have a digital library of 1 million college and pro sports images covering the last 18 years valued conservatively at 750K. There is a tremendous window of opportunity that currently exists for us to thrive. How long this window remains is anyones guess. We are prepared to move forward immediately.
