New technology company looking for Angel Investor to expand

Description:
We are a new technology spinoff company created from university research by owners with a strong corporative background. We actually have many products in R&D and several completed products. Looking for investment to expand.

As our projects require more space and administrative structure, our company needed to expand in a new building (in the industrial area of Markham, Ontario) and hire personnel. We have several products that are ready for sale and many products in R&D varying from 10 to 80% completion.

Among our R&D/Products, we immersed ourselves in advertisement technology products (display planels, LED displays, conceptual advertisement technologies, etc), exploration (ROV/AUV), avionics, robotics, industrial automation, generic electronics and software development.

Our actual investment (injected by owners) is due to end in September 2011 thus we need external investors to sustain the company while we are performing the few final steps to gain sales capital.

~3-10% equity depending on investment and terms, 5 to 10 times return expected within 2 to 4 years. Contract terms and exact percentage to be discussed.
