“Tracks and Trails” will be a full service bicycle repair and Outdoor retail shop located in Napa, California. The initial product line will consist of “KHS“ and “Free Agent“ bicycles and products. The shop will cater to many different segments including: kid’s, bmx, cross-country, downhill, commuter, road water and outdoor enthusiasts. In addition to bike and kayak sales, the store will have a full line of outdoor accessories, apparel and parts. The shop will also have trained mechanics to provide repairs and installations for customers. The chosen location was the home to succesful bicycle shop for many years however the other shop has changed it's location to a less visible section of town. I personaly know many of the customers and I have long been involved in the outdoor business community in the Napa Valley.

Honestly I need funding and I need it fast. I have all the retailers lined up and can order products today. I do have a business plan and I would like to get started as soon as possible so that I retain the customer base that has been going to that location for years.
