Our company is looking for $100k in small business funding in order to begin and grow our Retail startup. Our business is to be located in Middleburg, FL and should have gross sales of at least $250k. Here are a few other important details:

We're mainly interested in these types of funding:

-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
-Alternative or Loan Funding

The funds will primarily be used for the following:

Start Up and Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)

We have prepared a business plan and will be happy to provide it to you should you be interested.

While we are aware of the current market for this type of retail, however, we believe that it is still a viable market for the Middleburg area as there are no other sources for miles from which consumers may fill this type of entertainment. I have worked in this industry for more than two years and the only video store in this area, Hollywood Video, recently closed due to bankruptcy. Not of this particular store, as it was still doing very well but I believe, due to the overall size and structure of the company as a whole. The consumers / residents of Middleburg still desire to have this type of retail available to them.
