Looking for funding for Travel Plaza/Truckstop. I have a ready prepared business plan, own property with no liens, and all required steps have been completed for construction.The property is in a prime location with high traffic counts. The property is located at an intersection with high volume cars, commercial vehicles, medium commercial vehicles, and heavy commercial vehicles based off of the state department of transportation traffic information.
Trucking is the number one industry in the United States and this new business will provide a means to support the the the lack of truckstops that handle the volume of trucks in the area. I wish to captalize on trucks similar to Truckers of America, Love's Truckstops and Pilot Truckstops by providing a service based company whose goal is to exceed customer's expectations through creating a public travel center which will service turck fueling and shopping needs of the general public in the area.
